Objective of the tender:
The supply and delivery of Office Stationery Materials and Printing of Training material for the project implementation.
Eligibility & Participation Criteria:
Bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Legally registered business with valid VAT registration, a commercial license relevant for the required supplies.
- Demonstrated prior experience in the supply of similar supplies.
- Annul turnover at least 1,500,000.00 ETB (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Birr) for office stationery materials & 2,000,000.00 ETB (Two Million Birr) for printing of training materials
Dossier Purchase & Submission:
The Tender Dossier can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of 300.00 birr for office stationery materials and 200.00birr for printing of training materials from the WISE Head Office in Addis Ababa: Nefas Silk Lafto Sub-City, Woreda 08 - Tel: +251: 0916600220.
- Submission Period: November 2, 2026 (10:00 AM) – November 20, 2026 (10:00 AM).
- Bid Guarantee: 2% of total price via CPO or Bank Guarantee in a sealed envelope.
- Public Tender Opening: November 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the WISE Office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
WISE Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel the bid, accept or reject any or all.
