BID INVITATION FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF OUTDOORS DIGITAL SCREENS

- Hibret Insurance S.C. invites eligible bidders for the production and installation of LED Digital Screens for its market outlets in Addis Ababa.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering policy and procedures of the Company and other relevant laws of the country and it is open to all eligible bidders.
- A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) from Cash Office, Hibret Insurance Building 1st floor, Churchill Road, Tewodros Square, starting from Monday 19 October 2026 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Bidders must present copy of renewed Trade License, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate.
- Bidders must have a minimum of Three years' Experience in the supply of these items.
- Bid must be accompanied by Bid Bond of Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO in a separately sealed envelope. The bid shall remain valid for 45 calendar days from opening date. The bid security shall be payable on demand to Hibret Insurance S.C.
- Bid documents must include samples of previous work or provide details of locations where the supplier has previously installed LED Digital Screens.
- The technical and financial proposals should be submitted separately with one original and one copy.
- The Bid will be closed on 03 November 2026 at 2:00 pm and opened on the same date at 3:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Company's Headquarters.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the Bid either partially or fully.
