INVITATION TO TENDER FOR EXTERNAL FENCE CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT HOGOBA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Ethiopian National Association of the Blind (ENAB), invites qualified and eligible contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of Toilet and Ramp at the Hogoba Primary School.

This project is part of ENAB's ongoing efforts to improve the safety and accessibility of educational environments for blind and visually impaired students.

Interested contractors are required to make a non-refundable payment of 1000 ETB to ENAB's account:"

The payment confirmation slip must be brought to the head office of the Association in Addis Ababa. Upon verification of the payment, the tender document will be shared with the bidder.

Only contractors registered under Category/Grade 7 or above in Building or General Construction (as classified by the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure) are eligible to participate. Submissions from contractors outside these categories will be automatically rejected.

Both Original and Copy bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the following address:

The deadline for submission is September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Please ensure all instructions are followed carefully. Submission of false or incomplete information will result in disqualification.

ENAB is under no obligation to award the contract to the lowest or highest bidder and reserves the right to cancel the tender process in whole or in part without providing justification.
