Development Bank of Ethiopia invites certified interested Bidders for the Procurement of Supply and Installation of Under Vehicle Screening System (UVSS or UVIS) Works.

Therefore,

Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:

1. Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Registration Certificates from gov't organs

1. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents & collect the bid document in soft copy by bringing a flash disk &/or Email from April 05, 2023, upon payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Birr Two hundred only) to the Corporate Branch office Tower II, basement floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1 floor.

2. Bidders must furnish bid security for the procurement as follows:

3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before April 20, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower II, Ground floor or in-person to deliver to Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.

4. Bids shall be opened at the above-mentioned address, on April 20, 2023, at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1^st floor, Tel. +251 11 550 6020, and +251 11 553 7982.

6. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in a sealed envelope for the project.

7. The language of the tender is English.

8. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
