INVITATION OF INTERNATIONAL BID

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDIA EQUIPMENT

Walta Media and Communication Corporate would like to invite eligible bidders for the procurement of different types of Media Equipment through open tender. The type of media equipment and its quantity are described in the bid document.

Bidders who are interested to participate in the bid should have to meet the following basic requirements.

• Bidders are required to submit renewed Trade license for 2014 E, C, a Tax clearance certificate valid at submission bid & VAT Registration Certificate with a taxpayer registration certificate.
• The bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 100,000.00 (Birr hundred Thousand) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
• The Bid winner must submit a 10% total price of the awarded Equipment's Performance Bond in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of signing the Agreement.
• Bidders shall submit one original copy of technical and financial proposals in Separate envelopes for each.
• The bid proposal must be sealed and Put in the bid box prepared for this purpose during office hours at the head offices of Walta, Procurement and Supply main section office number 19. Before the Bid closing time and date.
• The bid shall be closed on July 22, 2022, at 8:30 P.M. and shall be opened on July 22 2022 at 3:90 PM. in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
• Interested bidders can obtain and access the hid document on Walta website www.waltainfo.com / WMCC.facebook.
• Walta reserve the right to cancel the bid either fully or partially.
