TENDER NOTICE

Right To Play Ethiopia is implementing the Enhancing Quality and Inclusive Education (EQIE) 2.0 project in 44 schools with financial support from the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad). The project aims to improve the reading skills of children in Grades 1–4, including children with disabilities, in schools located in Bishoftu Town and Lume District.

As part of the project's activity, Right To Play Ethiopia intends to purchase a new Motorcycle with helmet and invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and reputable suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following:

• Standard Motorcycles(180cc) - Quantity 2
• Electric Motorcycle - Quantity 1

Bid Documents and Clarifications:

Interested bidders are required to send their request for the tender pack and clarification needed through the following email address: Etprocurement@righttoplay.com

Bidders should submit the following documents through the email to request the tender pack:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience supplying motor vehicles
• Valid Commercial Registration Certificate
• Manufacturers Authorization Letter
• Renewed Business and license for the year 2018 E.C
• VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Number.
• Tax clearance to demonstrate eligibility to participate in any bid in 2018 E.C

• The Bid will be closed at 2:00 PM on November 11,2026 and will be opened at 2:30 PM on November 11 ,2026 in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at Right To Play's Country Office, Addis Ababa.
• Bid Submission: Only the hard copies of Sealed Bids received at the address given below before 11th November 2026 at 2:30 PM will be opened and considered for evaluation. Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome for bid opening observation. The Sealed envelope must be clearly marked with:
• Right To Play reserves the right to fully or partly cancel the tender at any time before a winner is to be announced.
• The working language for this tender is English
