Dorcas Aid Ethiopia (DAE) is an international humanitarian and development organization implementing relief and development programs across various regions of Ethiopia. As part of its commitment to enhancing youth employability and skills development, DAE is establishing a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Center in Akaki-Kality Sub-City, Addis Ababa.
DAE hereby invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit technical and financial proposal for the construction of TVET workshop buildings and a G+2 Administration Building at the proposed TVET Center site. The TVET workshop can be build using either: Pre-engineered Steel Structure System, or Cold-Formed Steel Framing (CFSF) System. In both cases, however, the proposed construction method shall ensure structural integrity, durability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable Ethiopian building standards and specifications.
Dorcas reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason thereof.
Interested bidders can collect the construction TOR from Dorcas Aid Ethiopia head office from November 9 to November 13, 2026. The bid documents (technical and financial proposals) shall be submitted to DAE head office on or before November 13, 2026 at 5.00 p.m with renewed license and/or TIN Certificate
