Car Rental Service (Light Vehicles and Trucks) Framework Agreement

MSI Ethiopia Reproductive Choices (MSIE), a non-governmental and non-profit organization working to improve access to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services in Ethiopia, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified vehicle rental service providers for the provision of light vehicles and trucks under a one-year Framework Agreement, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents during working hours from the first date of this announcement upon payment of a non-refundable administrative fee of 500 ETB (Five Hundred Birr). The bank account information may be obtained from the MSIE Reception Front Desk, and bidders shall present the deposit slip when collecting the bidding documents.

Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in one Original and one Copy, properly sealed and stamped, on or before 09 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Late submissions shall not be accepted.

Eligible bidders are required to submit:

• Valid and renewed business license;
• Company profile;
• Recommendation letters from existing or previous clients;
• Copy of vehicle ownership booklets;
• Evidence of financial capacity;
• Valid vehicle insurance certificates.

A Bid Security of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO shall accompany the bid.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on 09 November 2026 at 10:30 AM at the MSIE Meeting Hall.
