NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER
NRC Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the following tender: Supply and Delivery of Forestry Products (Grass Thatching Materials for Roofing) to Bambasi, Sherkole, and Tsore Refugee Camps in Benishangul-Gumuz Region, Ethiopia.

The ITB documents provide all relevant details, including all requirements, quantities, Delivery location, and submission date, time, and place. Bidders may collect the ITB documents in person from the Logistics Department, Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 16:00, at the following locations:
- Addis Ababa Country Office – Woreda 02, House No. 693/36, Kirkos Sub City, Wollo Sefer, Near Mina Building, Addis Ababa.
- Assosa area office, Besides Regional Police commission Bureau, Woreda 02 Kebele 04, Assosa-BGRS.
Closing date for submitting the tender is 04 November at 16:30. All times are local and follow the Gregorian calendar. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected. TENDER PROCESS.
Submission Instructions:
All interested and eligible Suppliers are requested to submit their offers by hand in sealed envelopes to the address specified above. Email submissions will not be accepted.
Submissions may also be delivered through DHL or any other express courier service. Please note that all bidders are required to sign the bid submission register upon delivery. The register may be signed either by a company representative or by the courier.
