- Walabu Construction invites interested contractors to submit proposals for the procurement of Sub contract for Production of Stone Quarry Materials for Aggregate and Base Course at Nedjo-Jarso-Begi-Yayo- BD Asphalt Road Project.
- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
i. Renewed Trade License Commercial Registration Certificate
ii. TIN certificate
iii. VAT registration certificate
iv. Valid tax clearance from the concerned Authority
v. Suppliers Registration certificate from FPPA. - Bidders shall summit their corresponding bid as detailed herein below
Project Bid Security Amount in Birr Closing Opening Nedjo-Jarso-Begi-Yayo- BD Asphalt Road Project 50,000.00 November 09, 2026 at 2:30 pm November 09, 2026 at 2:30 pm - Interested bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from the procurement team at Tulluu Ejersa Building, 2nd floor, starting from the announced date upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand) to Walabu Construction Sh.Co.'s account number 01304814002000 at Awash Bank.
- Bidders shall submit original bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee from the recognized Bank (Insurance Bond shall not be accepted) which is valid for 90 days.
- Bids shall be submitted into the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before November 09, 2026 at 2:30 pm at the Walabu Construction Head Office, Meskel Flower, in front of Meskel Flower Hotel, Tulluu Ejersa Building, 2nd Floor.
- The bid will be opened on the above mentioned address on November 09, 2026 at 2:30 pm in the presence of bidders and /or their authorized representatives.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from Walabu Construction Head Office, Procurement Directorate.
- Bidders should present their financial and technical documents separately in the sealed envelope.
- The language of tender shall be in English.
- WC reserves the right to accept or rejects any or all bids.
