INVITATION TO CONSTRUCTION TWO BLOCKS OF PUBLIC LATRINE AND TWO BLOCKS OF 100M MARKET SHADES
Pastoralist Concern (PC) is a reputable national CSO with more than 30 years of dedicated service in Ethiopia. PC is a non-political, non-religious, non-racial and non-profit organization with a vision to build positive and lasting positive impact on the life and livelihood of pastoralist communities.
As a component of the Mobility and Movement Cross-Border Resilience in Moyale Project. PC invites eligible bidders with interest to work at Dukale Kebele of Miyo Woreda, Borana Zone- Oromia Regional State to submit Technical and Financial Proposal for the following construction lots.
- Lot 1: Two Blocks of standard public latrines, each with four stances; and
- Lot 2: Two blocks of Market Shades, each with 50m*5m.
Therefore, interested and qualified bidders can submit sealed bid documents for both Lots, but as separate document for each lot;

Bid Submission Instruction
- Bid Availability & Fee: A complete set of bid documents with detailed technical specifications is available at PC Head Office and Moyale filed office starting from October 19, 2026 to October 23, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Birr). Transfer the fee to PC CBE Account: 1000035432349 Pastoralist Concern and submit print slip.
- To collect the bid document, potential bidder must submit copies of:
- Renewed Trade License,
- VAT Registration Certificate,
- TIN Certificate,
- Recent Tax Clearance Certificate,
- Confirmation of utilizing QR receipt copy or VAT Register invoice.
- Valid Ethiopian Construction Authority (ECA) Contractor License, from Grade 8 to 5 (Grade 8 to Grade 5).
- Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within Five (5) consecutive calendar days, from October 19, 2026, to October 23, 2026.
- Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, separate for each Lots.
- Technical and Financial proposal for each Lots should be submitted in separate envelopes;
- Bid Opening: The bid opening event will be held at the PC Head Office Addis Ababa on October 26, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening event, but attendance is not mandatory.
- Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
