1. Amhara Bank S.C invites all interested bidders by this local competitive bid for the following service:

   III	SOC Room Accessories.	November 17, 2026 until 3:00PM	November 17, 2026 at 3:30PM	1,000,000.00
   IV	PIN MAILER STATIONERY.	November 17, 2026 until 3:30PM	November 17, 2026, at 4:00PM	150,000.00

2. The bid document shall be obtained commencing October 22, 2026 from Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, Procurement & facility Directorate, Around Leghar, Ras Mekonnen Street, ORDA Tower 20th floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) for each lot by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C, Addis Ababa Branch Head Office Ground floor during office hours.( Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00AM to 1:00-5:00PM and Saturday 8:00- 12:00AM)
3. Bidders must present Renewed Trade License, Tin Certificate, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate and other relevant documentary evidences.
4. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, HO Supply Chain & Facility Management Directorate during office hours on the above mentioned date and time.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and /or their legal representatives who wish to attend on the above mentioned date, time and place.
6. Submission of bid after the closing date & time will not be accepted and the document will be returned unopened.
7. Bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in the bid document.
