- The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) invites qualified bidders to participate through the International electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System in the tender for the Procurements of common user items used by 40 Government Universities with framework agreement contract for two years (2019–2020 E.C), Goods shall be delivered at each Universities respective warehouse.

For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal's Get Started link (https://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting-started).
- Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit his bid proposal must share his bid opening key within 60 minutes after the bid closing time.
- The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
