1. This is to solicit expression of interest from interested competitors having relevant experience in Supplying of the following office furniture's.

2. All bidders should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, Commercial Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate and Tax Clearance certificate.
3. The bids remains floating three weeks calendar days effective from October 14, 2026, up to November 11, 2026, and it will be closed on November 11, 2026, at 2:00PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30PM at Ethiopian-Re office. Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
4. The office furniture's detail RFP can be collected in person from Ethio-Re office during the bid floating period from October 14, 2026, to November 11, 2026.
5. Sealed bids must be marked as "for Supplying of office furniture's for Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company" original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified below and placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before November 11, 2026.

6. Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting 50,000.00(Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO only.
7. Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the bid.
8. Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
