MTI is looking for a Contractor to Construct Women's and Girls Safe Space and Four seat of latrine Works in Humera, Welkayt & Maitsebri sites.

Interested and eligible Bidders shall provide written application with copies of the following legal document:
- Valid and renewed construction license-Building Contractor (BC) & General Contractor (GC) Grade-5 & above(higher).
- Valid and renewed business license
- VAT and TIN Certificate
- Valid Registration of Ethiopian Government Procurement (EGP)- Certificate
- Valid TAX Clearance Certificate.
- All bid proposals must be accompanied with Bid Security Bond of amounting ETB 200,000.00 for each LOT by CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of "Medical Teams International (MTI)".

Competition and awarding for the given LOT
Bidders may submit bids for one or more LOTs. As a general principle, MTI intends to award one LOT per contractor to promote competition, ensure timely implementation, and diversify contract execution. However, where the evaluation demonstrates that awarding an additional LOT to the same contractor represents the best overall value for MTI and the contractor has demonstrated the technical, financial, and operational capacity to successfully execute each LOTs within the required timeframe, MTI reserves the right to award a maximum of two (2) LOTs to the same contractor.

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred) per LOT from either of the following Medical Teams International (MTI) offices during official working hours: (Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM).

Submission of Bids
- Bidders shall submit their bids in three separate sealed envelopes as follows;
- Envelope 1: Technical Proposal (one original and one copy)
- Envelope 2: Financial Proposal (one original and one copy,
- Envelope 3: Bid Security Bond of amounting ETB 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand) for each
- LOT (original).
- All sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Title and Bid Reference Number.
- For Financial Offers, use the provided Price Sheet Form
- The offer should be submitted in the language of the tender document
Medical Teams International (MTI) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, at any stage of the procurement process without assigning any reason. Bids submitted after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted
