TENDER NOTICE FOR ALUMINUM DOOR AND WINDOW WORKS

1. Introduction & Scope of Work

Gift Real Estate PLC invites all interested, eligible, and qualified specialized contractors and suppliers to submit sealed bids for the execution of Aluminum Door and Window Works for its 3B + G + 21 Residential/Apartment Building Project located at the La Gare (Lagar) project site.

2. The scope of work under this contract covers:

• Supply of all required aluminium profiles, glass, accessories, and fixings.
• Fabrication and Labor for all doors, windows, and related aluminum assemblies.
• Site Transportation, Assembly, and Final Installation at the project site.
• The volume of work may reduce and increase depending on the situation of the project.
• The size of the doors and windows shall be as per the actual opening sizes.

3. Tender Document & Specifications Collection

Interested bidders can obtain the full Material Specifications, Quantities of work through either of the following methods:

• Call for an inquiry to 0974 095599 to receive soft copies of the specification and BOQ details by telegram.
• Collect the tender documents directly from the PPP and Special Projects Management Department, located at Gift Real Estate Head Office, 5th Floor.

4. Submission Requirements & Deadline

Submission Mode: Hard copy only, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“TENDER FOR ALUMINUM DOOR AND WINDOW WORKS – LAGAR PROJECT (3B+G+21)”.

Submission Period: Bids must be submitted within five (5) calendar days starting from the first day of this bid float date. Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. General Requirements

• Bidders must hold a valid and renewed Trade License, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
• Bidders must demonstrate prior experience in similar high-rise building aluminum works.
