Invitation to National Competitive Bid (NCB) Ref. No.: OB/NCB/02/2019

OMO Bank S.C. would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the procurement of Lot-1 SECURITY GUARD SERVICES, Lot-2 Cleaning and janitorial and Lot-3 Stationary in a National Competitive bid. Hence, Eligible bidders should meet the following requirements:

1. Eligible bidders should submit valid and renewed documents including Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT registration certificate, renewed trade license, and tax clearance certificate.
2. A c omplete set of bidding document can be obtained commencing in Oct. 12, 2026, from the Procurement & Facility Department, located Nile Insurance building 19th Floor, Office No.19, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) by depositing in omo Bank Account No_1731880281106101 at Main branch, Head office Ground floor during working hours (Monday to Friday 2:00 - 11:00 & Saturday 2:00 -6:00) Local Time.
3. The Bid should be valid for 60 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid price in the form of a CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee issued in favor of OMO Bank S.C.
4. The bid should be submitted to OMO Bank S.C. Head Office, 19th Floor, Office No. 19, located around the National Theatre, near NIB Bank Head Office, Nile Insurance Building, no later than Oct.28/2026, at 11:00 local time. The bid will be opened on the Next day Oct.29/2026 at 4:00 local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
5. The bid should be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement & Facility department during office hours on or before bid opening date.
6. Bid documents should be submitted in 4 separate sealed envelopes: For Lot 1 and Lot 2 Technical Original & Copy and Financial Original & Copy. These envelopes should be enclosed together and submitted clearly marked.
