- Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Computer with Accessories. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:
- Renewed trade license
- TIN Certificate
- Suppliers Registration Certificate
- VAT Registration
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 07, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 300 .00 (Three Hundred Birr Only) to customer Accounts Transaction Services office located at Tower II , Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate located Kiamed Building, 1st
- Bidders shall submit the bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank as per the following table;

- Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia located at Kiamed Building, 1st
- Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on October 21, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.
- Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head office, Procurement Directorate Kiamed Building , 1st floor, +251 11 524 4090, ext. 1216.
- Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and Copy) separately in sealed envelope.
- The language of the tender shall be English.
- DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
