Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement ofthe following listed items.

- Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding documents viaSAP Ariba System to accessthe bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from October 05, 2026.
- All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
- Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
- Bidders must present a bid securityin the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposalor offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
- Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate through the Bank's electronic platform (SAP Ariba System) as stated below: -
- For bid Ref. No. DBOT04826/27 and DBOT05026/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank's Online system electronically before or on October 19, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
- For bid Ref No. DBOT04726/27 and DBOT05026/27 the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank's online system electronically before or on October 16, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives virtually as follows:
- Bid Ref.No. DBOT04826/27 tentatively on October 20, 2026 @ 8:00 P.M Afternoon through SAP Ariba System.
- Bid Ref.No. DBOT04726/27 and DBOT05026/27 tentatively on October 17, 2026 @ 9:00 A.M Morning through SAP Ariba System.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above and bidding document shall result in automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
