Accordingly, PSI Ethiopia hereby invites you to participate in-and-respond to this RFP through submission of a cover/ motivation letter, a company profile, legal documents and a financial proposal.
Evaluation Process and Method: Applicants and proposals submitted will be evaluated against the criteria listed below (non-exhaustive):
- Bidder's eligibility
- Bid Responsiveness – proposals' completeness.
- Statement Confirmation of capacity to offer Certificate of Origin for the Equipment.
- Who may Provide proof of (3) supply of IT related Equipment within the last 5 years specifying the value. (Purchase orders/ contracts/ invoices)

Bid responses must be submitted both financial and technical bids in separate proposals to PSI/Ethiopia via email by or before November 17th, 2026, 5:00 PM /EAT/ East African Time only through e-mail. Late bids shall be rejected.
