CEFA ETS Ethiopia intends to award two framework service contracts: one for the provision of car rental with driver and one for fuel supply to support its operations and development projects in Ethiopia, specifically Jimma City. The procurement is initially financed through the AICS-funded project AID 012824/01/3 – IMALU, and the resulting framework contract may also be used for other CEFA ETS projects implemented in Ethiopia during its period of validity, subject to the availability of funds, the scope of the contract, and the maximum contract value. Interested bidders can obtain the tender dossier and additional information about the contract notice by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500.00 from CEFA ETS Ethiopia Office, located in Kirkos Sub City Woreda 02, Meskel Flower Area.

The deadline for submission of applications will be started on 04 October 2026 and ended on 04 November 2026 at 17.00. Bids will be opened on 06 November at 10.00, in the presence or absence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
