- The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) invites qualified bidders to participate through the International and National electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System in the tender for the Procurements of common user items used by 40 Government Universities with framework agreement contract for two years (2019-2020 E.C), Goods shall be delivered at each Universities and Colleges respective warehouse.

- Details on eligibility and other requirements for bidders are published in the detailed invitation notice and in the bidding document, both of which are available on the e-GP system and can be accessed on the website.
- Bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process shall register on the e-GP system www.ppa.gov.et e-GP portal. For unregistered suppliers, please follow the one-off sign-up and registration process as indicated on the portal's Get Started link (https ://egp.ppa.gov.et/egp/home/getting- started).
- Bids will be opened online, and bidders or their representatives can participate virtually through the link which will be availed. A bidder who will submit bid his proposal must share his bid opening key within 60 minutes after the bid closing time.
- The Federal Public Procurement Service (PPS) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
