1. Invitation to Tender

Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium (MSF-B) invites eligible and qualified contractors for the supply and installation of Thermal Improvement & Industrial Epoxy Flooring Works for the MSF Belgium Pharmacy Warehouse located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Scope of the work:

The work comprises the supply of all materials required for the Thermal Improvement & Industrial Epoxy Flooring and the execution of all associated installation works at the MSF Belgium Pharmacy Warehouse, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid business license for supply and installation of Thermal insulation and related services.
• Relevant tax registration and compliance certificates.
• Proven experience in supply and installation of Thermal insulation, epoxy and related services for NGOs, UN agencies, government institutions, or private organizations.
• The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive warranty covering all insulation materials, accessories, workmanship, and installation.

Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend on October 13th, 2026 at 10:00 AM East African Time (GMT+3) at MSF Belgium office in Addis Ababa, at bid submission address provided above.

• MSF-Belgium reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Tender participation is open to legally registered and qualified service providers only.
• Bidders must submit: One (1) original and one (1) copy of both the technical and financial proposals. Each document must be separately prepared and individually wax-sealed, then submitted to MSF Belgium at the address indicated above.
