Melba, Printing Publishing & Packaging S.C. invites eligible and qualified international bidders for supply and delivery of Printing Machineries through International competitive bidding (ICB).

- Interested eligible and qualified bidders are invited to participate in this tender directly or through their duly represented local agents. In case of represented by the local agent, the agent shall furnish letter of representation from the principal and valid Trade License for the year budget year, TIN, VAT and Current Tax Clearance, and Suppliers' Registration Certificates.
- A complete set of bidding document in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 300.00 (Birr Three Hundred) in cash.
- The bidders must provide a separate Financial and Technical Original, copy, bid bond & supporting documents in a separate well sealed in one big envelop for each bids, duly marking the inner envelop as "original" and 'copy'. and indicate on which category you will commit.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the specified date.
- Bidders should submit their offer to MPPPSC Head Office on /or before 10:00 AM 02/11/2026
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of: Birr 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) or equivalent to the current exchange rate of USD. The bid security shall be in original form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from any Bank in Ethiopia. The Bid Security shall be valid for at least One Hundred Twenty (120) days after the Bid submission deadline. The bid shall remain valid for Ninety (90) days after the bid submission deadline.
- MPPPSC reserves the right to reject or accept the bids partially or fully.
