The Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara Regional Branch office invites eligible and qualified contractors of category GC/BC/WWC/wwGC 5 and above with valid trade license, registration certificate, and eligible for the work Construction of Gender segregated and disability friendly institutional latrines with handwashing facilities, menstrual hygiene management room, Spring development with pipeline extension and rehabilitation/construction of water points with extension of water pipeline and/or water storage structures works in Amhara Region South Gondar, Central Gondar, North Gondar, South Wolla and Oromiya Special Zone Zones at different woredas.
The total number of lots are Six (6) so that, the bidder may participate for all lots, several lots, or one lot only.

- Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying for a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000 (one thousand birr). Payment must be made to CBE Account No. 1000016657577 (ERCS Amhara Regional Branch office), and a bank-stamped deposit slip must be presented at the ERCS Amhara Regional Branch Office.
- All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara Regional Branch office along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms CPO ONLY SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid bond should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
- Financial offer shall be produced in separate envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The three envelopes shall then be sealed, signed and stamped inside a sealed, signed and stamped outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society whose address is mentioned below. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals for each bid they participated in.
- The bid advertised/floated for ten consecutive calendar days and will be closed on 10th calendar day at 2:00 pm, and technical document will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm in the presence of those bidders on their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Amhara regional branch office meeting hall.
- If the 10 consecutive calendar day's day is a holiday, closing and opening will be the next working day.
- Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bid document.

- Failure to comply with the conditions from no.2 to 7 above shall result in an automatic rejection.
- Ethiopian Red Cross Society Amhara regional branch office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.
