Invitation to Bid

Future Hopes Integrated Development Organization (FHIDO) working in partnership with Pestalozzi Children Foundation (PCF) invites wax sealed bid from eligible, qualified contractors of GC-6 or BC-6 and above with license valid for the current fiscal year and registration certificate from Construction Minister or Ministry of Works and Urban Development for furnishing the necessary labor, materials and equipment for the construction and completion of Six Seat Dry Latrine at Dorze Primary School located at Chencha woreda, Gamo Zone, South Ethiopia region.

1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents against a non- refundable payment of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr) from FHIDO, Addis Ababa, Tel: 011 155 9199/0911135582
2. Bidders should submit sealed bids (original and copy) to FHIDO, Addis Abeba.
3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% of the total bid value in CPO after arithmetic check prepared in the name of Future Hopes Integrated Development Organization.
4. Bid will be closed on the 8th working day of this announcement at 9:00AM in the morning and will be opened on the same day at 10:00AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at FHIDO head office meeting hall,
5. Bidders should be able to submit their company profile, recommendation letter and other credentials from recognized firms showing one's experience of projects of similar nature and complexity.
6. Bidders may obtain further information from Future Hopes Integrated Development Organization, Addis Ababa, Arada sub-city, Woreda 2 (Abakoran Sefer)/ around Yohannes Church adjacent to the former Tibebu Hospital, Tel: 011 155 9199/0911135582/
7. Bidders are required to fill in all the necessary details requested in the bid document.
8. FHIDO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.
