Procurement of contracts for the Provisions of insurance Services to Habesha Cent S.C

Habesha Cement S.C. is looking for competent insurance services for the year 2026. Accordingly, qualified and eligible insurance companies are invited to submit their bids for the provisions of comprehensive insurance coverage. Hence, Eligible bidders are requested to submit their proposals along with the following mandatory eligibility documents, duly renewed and valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year 2018 G.C.

• Business registration from the relevant government regulatory body
• Renewed business license
• Tin Certificate
• Vat Certificate
• Tax clearance certificate.

The Terms of Reference (TOR) outline the full scope of the required service. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee. Interested bidders may purchase the bidding document for a non- refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) from: the Head Office at the address provided below, during working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays, starting from Wednesday, 12th November 2025.

Bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on 26th November 2025 to the address provided below and Bid opening will take place on the same day at 4:30 PM in the presence of bidders' legal representatives who choose to attend.

The bid will follow the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure, which is open to all eligible bidders and outlined in the bidding documents. Comprehensive qualification requirements and service specifications are detailed within the bidding document.

The Habesha Cement PLC has the right to accept or reject any bid and annul the bid process fully or partially.
