The Agricultural Transformation Institute (ATI) is an incentive of the Government of Ethiopia (GOE) established by federal regulation. The formation of the ATI results from the two years of extensive diagnostic study across eight sub-sectors of Ethiopia's agricultural system in a highly consultative, Multi-stakeholder Process led by the Ministry of Agriculture.

South Agricultural Transformation Center has Funds from MCF-ADEY for Youth Job Creation Support, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Agricultural Startup Supplies.

South Agricultural Transformation Center, Coordination Office now invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supplies and Services according to the following lots.

• ሎት፡ 03 የወተት ማለብያ ዕቃዎችና ፍሪጅ/ Refrigerator
• ሎት፡ 04 የንብ ቀፎና ማነቢያ ዕቃዎች
• At 05: የመስኖ ፓምፖች (Irrigation Pumps)
• ሎት 06፡ የኮንስትራክሽንና ህንፃ መሳሪያ ዕቃዎች

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures specified in the public procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal democratic republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all bidders from Eligible sources countries as defined in the Guidelines.
2. Bidders with related business categories can purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English upon depositing a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three hundred birr only) to the ATI CBE Act. 1000431413446 from Hawassa on the road from Atote to Wolde Amanuel in front of Sidama Coffee 5th Floor during working hours (Morning from 8:30 am up to o12:30pm, Afternoon from 1:30 pm up to 5:30 pm).
3. Bidders should submit a 50,000.00 birr-bid security for one lot in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
4. Bidder who can participate in more than one lot are required to submit 80,000-birr collective-bid- bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
5. Bidders are not allowed to participate in more than three (3) lots.
6. Bids must be submitted in the form of separate envelopes Technical & Financial Original, each with one copy, to the address below at or before April 04/2025 2:00 pm. Electronic bidding is not permitted; late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 (one hundred twenty days) after Bid opening and Bid security stated in the above must be provided for 120 validity days.
8. Bids must be submitted to Hawassa, South ATI Centre, at or before April 04/2025) at 02:00 p.m. at the address on the road from Atote to Wolde Amanuel in front of Sidama coffee 5th floor.
9. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders/ their representatives who choose to attend in person on April 04/2025, at 02:30 p.m. at South ATI Centre, Hawassa Meeting Venue.
10. The South Agricultural Transformation Institute reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
