1. Agar Multipurpose Complex now invites sealed bids from elgible and qualifed bidder for

                        Design and build of B+G+4 Building for GC-3/BC-3

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding /NCB/ procedures Ciontained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal govermenment of Etiopian which is open to all eligible and qulifed bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Document  at the address given below at 8 /a/ fro 8:30 AM to 5;30 M.

4. Eligible document are Renwed ttrade license for the current year /2015/ Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate from MOFED Tax payer Identifecation Certificate /TIN/.

5. A completed set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased and inspected by interested bidders on the address below upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000,00/ Birr One Thousand/ The method of payment will be cash.

6. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address belpw at 7/c/ on or before June 05,2023 at 10:00 AM local time 4:00 morning Late bids ahall be rejected.

7. Bids  shall be opend in the  presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend in persons at the address below at 8?d/ June 05,2023 at 10:30 A.M local time 4:30 morning.

A) Documents shall be inspectedd Agar Mulripurpose Complex Office.

B) Documents shall be issued at Agar Mulripurpose Complex Office.

C) Bid  Documents shall be deliveered to Agar Mulripurpose Complex Office.

D) Bid  Documents shall be opened at  Agar Mulripurpose Complex Office.

8. All Bid must be acompaied by bid Security for.

Note :- Bid Security 500,000.00 ETB /Five Hundred Thousend Birr/

In the form of CPO or conditional bank guarantee.

9. Agar Multipurpose Complex reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract without thereby incurring any liablity to bidders.
