The Ethiopian Mulu Wengel Amagnoch Church Development Commission in collaboration with Compassion International Ethiopia would like to respond to the humanitarian need of people displaced by conflict in the Amhara and Afar regions (Debark in the Amhara region and Chiffra in Afar region), through the provision of food and non-food items and would like to invite eligible bidders who have legal authorization to provide the relief items mentioned below. The bidders should have relevant renewed license, Experience, registered for VAT, TIN, tax clearance certificate, and all legal requirements of the government. The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission, the executing agency for the project invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following items.

The bid will be on air for 6 working days starting from the bid announcement day August 17/2022. The bide accompanied by a Bid security of not less than (2%) of the Contract price in the form of a bank guarantee and the bidders should purchase a bid document for each Items 100 birr and then the bidder shall deliver all legal documents with the price of each item to Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission HR and Admin Office, on or before August 25/2022 at 5:00 PM and will be opened on the next day August 26/2022 at 9:30 AM at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at the office of EMWACDC.

NB. Bidders should present their price for each item separately with the same units in quintal and Litter and also please mention the unit price including VAT.
