Invitation for National Competitive Bid

1. The FDRE, Ministry of Innovation and Technology /MInT/ here invites eligible and Qualified bidders for "Ethiopian Talented and Gifted Institute (ETAGI)" Burayu.

2. Interested bidders shall submit the following evidence;

• Bid security.
• Renewed Trade license for the bidding date.
• Tax clearance certificate valid at bidding date.
• VAT registration certificate from the concerned public body.
• Supplier registration certificate from the concerned public body

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the MInT Procurement Directorate and can get a hard or soft-copy of bidding documents at email or face to face the Address given below from 8:30A.M to 12:30 P.M and 1:30P.M to 5:30 P.M from Monday to Friday local time.

4. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 100.00 (One hundred birr) for Ministry of Innovation and Technology (Account No, CBE- 1000263705916)

5. Bidders shall submit two envelops, "Technical Qualification information & Bid Security" in one envelope and "Financial Bid" separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope. Each envelope should have One Original and three copies with a soft copy.

6. Late bids will be rejected.

7. Ministry of Innovation and Technology Reserves the right to accept or reject partly or all bids.

8. Legal Documents and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders' Representatives at the address below on the same date of bid submission as stated above.
