Tender procedure: International Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KfW's Procurement Guidelines ("KfW Guidelines").
Brief tender description: The Development Bank of Ethiopia (DBE) has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the Fund for Increasing Productivity through Innovation in Agriculture II (AMLP II) Project and now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Agricultural Equipment.
This tender consists of 4 Lots:
- Lot 1, Tractors 75 to 90hp
- Lot 2, Tractors 110 to 130hp
- Lot 3, Combine harvesters
- Lot 4, Implements
Bidders can bid for any one lot, any combination of lots or all lots.
The final destinations are: DBE, Addis Ababa (manufacturer-appointed official agent) The required items, quantities, delivery periods, and other details are stipulated in the tender documents.
How to obtain the tender documents: A complete set of tender documents is available to interested Bidders through an email request to richard.kousek@gfa-group.de with mandatory copy to and netsanetz@dbe.com.et and magan@infinite-capital.com, and with mandatory details of the requesting firm (name of company, full address of company, country of registration of company, contact person and email address of the contact person). The tender documents received from the Purchaser are not transferable.
Bid submission details: Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in Clause ITB 22.1 of the tender documents at/or before 14:00 local time in Addis Ababa on 05/01/2027. Late Bids will be rejected.
