እቃዉ በባለሙያ ሲረጋገጥ እና ህጋዊ ሰነድ/ደረሰኝ ሲያመጡ ገቢ ሆኖ ክፍያ የሚፈጸም ይሆነል፡:መስሪያ ቤቱ ያወጣዉን ፕሮፎርማ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ አድራሻ ባህር ዳር አባይ ማዶ ቀበሌ 11 ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ጎን
