SUPPLY OF RESTAURANT UNIFORMS FOR PIZZA HUT, BURGER KING, AND COLD STONE CREAMERY

Belayab Foods Production PLC (BFP), the franchise operator of Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Cold Stone Creamery in Ethiopia, invites qualified and experienced uniform manufacturers and suppliers to participate in this Bid for the supply of branded restaurant uniforms and related apparel for its outlets nationwide. Bidders are requested to submit technical and financial offers in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation.

BIDDER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders shall submit the following documents as part of their bid:
- Valid Trade License covering the relevant supply activity.
- VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Company Profile, including ownership and business address.
- Company portfolio demonstrating experience supplying uniforms, workwear, or apparel.
- Evidence of a minimum of three (3) years of experience in uniform manufacturing or supply, preferably for restaurants, hospitality, retail, or other commercial businesses.
- Product catalogue, fabric specifications, available sizes, and details of branding/ embroidery or logo-printing capabilities.
- Samples or photographs of comparable completed orders, together with client reference letters where available.
- Proposed delivery lead time and ability to deliver to Belayab Foods Production PLC outlets as required.
- Bidders shall submit a technical proposal and a separate financial proposal with itemized unit prices for the required uniforms and related services.
The financial and technical evaluation will consider:
- Unit price per uniform item, including applicable branding, embroidery, or logo-printing costs
- Quality, fabric durability, finishing, and compliance with the required specifications
- Price competitiveness and completeness of the financial proposal
- Delivery lead time, supply capacity, and overall value for money
SUBMISSION:-
- Bidders shall submit their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked: "BID for– SUPPLY Of Restaurant Uniforms for Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Cold Stone Creamery."
- After u seen the notice we can share you the soft copy & size for all samples.
- We expect to submit your sample and financial proposal by the final submission date.
- Submission Deadline: Within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
- Belayab Foods Production PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel or amend this bidding process in accordance with its procurement requirements.
