Addis Bank S.C. invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the supply, installation and commissioning of an access control and surveillance system. The Bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders as per conditions specified hereunder.
- Along with the proposals, bidders shall present renewed trade license, renewed competency certificate from authorized body, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and valid tax clearance certificate.
- The bid document is available from October 27, 2026, during office hours, up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500 (birr five hundred) at the following address:

- Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security amount indicated in Tender document.
- The bid document shall be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope with the address clearly stated. Bids (in wax-sealed envelope) shall be submitted to Addis Bank S.C., Training Room, Ranu Building, 6th floor, no later than November 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
- Bid will be opened on November 11, 2026, at 2:30 PM in the afternoon, in the Training Room, Ranu Building, 6th floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives willing to attend.
