1.የግዥ ፈፃሚው አካል ስም የመከላከያ ጤና ዋና መምሪያ(Defence Health Main Department) ነው፡፡
2. ለፋይናንስ እና ለሰው ሃብት አገልግሎት የሚውሉ ሞዴሎችና ቅፆች ዋጋ ስትሠጡ ጥራታቸውን የጠበቁ መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
3.በቀረበው ስፔስፊኬሽን መሠረት የተሰሩትን ማቴሪያሎቹን ገቢ ከማድረጉ በፊት ናሙና በማቅረብ ጥራቱን ማረጋገጥ ይኖርበታል፡፡
