Subject: Preparation, Design, Printing and Publication of FTASC’s Historical Annual Report and Yearbook

Future Talent Academy Share Company (FTASC) invites qualified firms to submit bids for preparing all content, designing, printing, and publishing its Historical Annual Report and Yearbook, covering the Company’s history from 2004 through the 2025/2026 fiscal year (2018 E.C.).

Scope of Work: The selected firm shall prepare all content, edit and proofread, organise photographs, design, revise, print, and deliver the publication. Content shall cover FTASC’s history, governance, leadership, academic and financial performance, achievements, shareholder engagement, and 2030 Transformation Plan.

Requirements: Exactly 18 pages, including front and back covers, and 100 full-colour printed copies. The selected firm must submit the final PDF and editable design files. Printing shall begin only after written approval by FTASC.

Bid Submission: Submit separate, sealed technical and financial proposals inside one sealed outer envelope marked “BID FOR FTASC’S HISTORICAL ANNUAL REPORT AND YEARBOOK.” The technical proposal must include a valid business licence, TIN and applicable tax compliance documents, company profile, relevant experience, samples of similar work, methodology, and completion schedule. The financial proposal must state the total cost, including applicable taxes and delivery expenses.

Evaluation: Technical proposal – 60%; financial proposal – 40%.

Agreement and Completion: The successful bidder shall sign an agreement with FTASC promptly after the winner is declared and complete the entire assignment within 20 days of signing the agreement.
