INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
Provision of Office Cleaning and Refreshment (Tea and Coffee) Services
Ripple Effect International Ethiopia hereby invites interested, qualified, and legally registered companies to express their interest in providing office cleaning and refreshment services. The selected service provider(s) shall maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment and shall provide tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff, guests, and visitors.
- Office Cleaning Services
- Clean, vacuum, and sanitize office floors, corridors, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Clean windows, dust office surfaces, and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly, in accordance with applicable Ethiopian sanitation and environmental requirements.
- Report any maintenance or cleaning-related issues to the designated supervisor.
- Refreshment Tea and Coffee Services
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments for staff, guests, and visitors.
- Ensure the pantry/kitchen area remains clean, hygienic, and well organized at all times.
- Required Competencies
- Honesty and integrity.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- General Requirements
Interested companies must be legally registered and licensed to provide such services in Ethiopia and shall comply with applicable Ethiopian laws, including tax, labor, health, and safety regulations.

- Valid business license.
- TIN certificate.
- VAT certificate (if applicable).
- Relevant experience and references.
- Other relevant supporting documents.
- Deadline for Submission
Interested companies shall submit their expression of interest and supporting documents within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this announcement.
