ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች ተቋሙ ድረስ ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡
ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች ተቋሙ ድረስ ማምጣት ይኖርበታል፡፡
