Invitation to NCB Bid
For the Machinery Rent.

1. The Sululta Sub-City Municipality office funds a budget for Machinery Rent for Road Construction and Related works 2019 EFYs.
2. The Sululta Sub-City Municipality office now invites eligible bidders that have Machinery Rent Trade license which can fulfill the following mandatory documentary evidence for compliance.
   1. The bidders have the registered and renewed construction trade license valid for the year 2019 E.FY.
   2. The bidders have registered for VAT Certificate.
   3. The bidders have the Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Tax Authority at the time of bid submission date that permits the bidders to participate in any public tenders.
   4. The bidders could be able to provide the necessary professionals.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Sululta Sub-city Municipality office at the address given below from 2:30 to 6:30 AM and 7:30 to 11:30 PM from Mondays to Friday and 2:30 to 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM on Fridays with local time.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from firs: announcement date to News Paper for 21 working days at the below office described under upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 2,000.00 birr (Two thousand Birr Only).
5. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00 birr (One hundred thousand birr only). The bid security can be submitted in the form of CPO only.
6. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be closed on 22 days from the date of announcement letter at 4:00 local time and shall be opened at 4:30 local time on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below on: Sululta Sub City Finance Office

7. Sululta Sub-City Finance Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
8. The Bidders must submit the copy of Ownership original document (Libre) while signing the Agreement.
