TENDER FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE
Africa insurance company (S.C) is a privately owned insurance company established in December 1994 to undertake both general and long-term (life) insurance business in accordance with the licensing and supervision of insurance business proclamation NO. 746/2012 and the Commercial Code of Ethiopia.
The company would like to invite licensed audit firms to carry out a statutory audit for the Fiscal Years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29. The audit firms to participate in this tender are required to fulfill the following;
- Should be certified chartered accountants who are authorized to audit public interest entity (Public Auditor) by the office of Auditing and Accounting Board of Ethiopia (AABE);
- Copy of professional indemnity insurance cover;
- Should have renewed (valid) business license;
- Should have TIN certificate;
- Should have submit their detailed work profile;
- Bid security of birr 20,000.00 (CPO)
Besides the audit firms participate in this tender should indicate the time frame to complete the audit. Eligible and interested audit firms can submit their sealed technical and financial proposal with quotation and should reach our office at the address given below with on 10 consecutive days after the announcement on the news paper.
The company reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part if preferable alternatives become available.
