OPEN BID FOR EXTERNAL AUDITORS
The Board of Directors of PEACE Microfinance S.Co would like to appoint legally registered external auditor that would satisfy the requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia for statutory audit services and performance reviews for the next two or three years. Currently, the Company is operating in 06 regional states: Addis Ababa, Amhara, Oromia, South Ethiopia, Sidama, Central Ethiopia and has opened 33 branches so far. Bidders shall be qualified to handle financial statements audit of public interest entities with the following minimum criteria:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid or renewed trade License;
- Certificate of professional competence from AABE and other related institutions;
- Valid TIN, VAT, and tax clearance certificates.
- Terms of Reference/TOR/ shall be collected against the payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred) from head office;
- Bidders should submit a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee letter in a separate envelop.
- Bidders shall summit their TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL proposals enclosed in a separate sealed envelopes. Bidders are expected to submit your documents lately until October 17/2026 10:00 AM.
- PEACE Microfinance S. Co. retains the right to accept or reject the bid.
