1. The oromia Livestock resource development Agency ,Livestock and Fishery Sector Development Project now invites sealed bids from local eligible bidders for procurement of IT equipment  to woreda  project beneficiary

1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as specified in the World Bank Guidelines , procurement of Goods ,works  and none-consulting services under Procurement Regulation for Borrowers under Investment Project Financing and Anti-Corruption Guidelines in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants, Dated July 1,2016 and is open to all bidders from eligible bidders countries in the guidelines
2. The interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Oromia Livestock Resource Development Agency , LFSDP Project coordination unit around Sarbet, Oromia Regional State Government Bureaus 4th floor
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non- refundable fee of birr 100.00( ETB one hundred ) in working hours and days from 2:30 morning to 11:30 afternoon at local time
4. Bidders are required to submit bid documents in to two envelops ; one for technical and the other for financial offer ,each original and copy of the document in separate envelops
5. All the required bid documents (both technical and financial offer must be presented in wax sealed envelopes and inserted in bid box prepared in the Agency to the address indicated above  on the day of 30th from the date of this vacancy was announced at 8:00 afternoon at local time. Let bids submitted after the deadline shall be automatically rejected.
6. The bid shall be opened on the 30th day after the vacancy was announced at 8:30 afternoon at local time in the presence of bidders or legal representatives
7. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provide in the bidding document
8. The agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or partially
