- About Good Neighbors Ethiopia: Good Neighbors (GN) is a global non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in Korea in 1991 and currently operating in 50 countries. Since 1997, the Ethiopian branch (GNE) has been dedicated to improving living conditions through various development initiatives. GNE works in multiple regions across Ethiopia, including Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Benishangul Gumuz, Somali, Sidama, South Ethiopia, Central Ethiopia Regions and Addis Ababa City Administration.
- Project Background: GNE, in partnership with UNHCR, is implementing a project to provide sustainable livelihood and economic opportunities for refugees and host communities in the Benishangul Gumuz Region. GNE hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Facilities and Market Shelters. - Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Requirements: Interested bidders must submit the following mandatory documents to be considered,
- Renewed Trade License for the current fiscal year.
- Valid TIN and VAT Registration Certificate.
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate (for the current fiscal year).
- Valid Grade- Grade 5 or above certification under the Ethiopian construction classification system
- Bid Security: CPO (Cash Payment Order) for 2% of the total bid amount, valid for at least 30 days from the bid submission deadline.
- Full compliance with all other requirements stipulated in the tender documents.

- Availability: From Monday, August 25, 2025, to Monday, September 01, 2025 during office hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) , Monday to Friday.

- Bid Security:2% of total bid amount via CPO payable to Good Neighbors Ethiopia and must be placed inside the sealed financial original proposal envelope

- General Conditions:
- Bids received after the deadline will be automatically rejected and returned unopened.

- This invitation does not obligate GNE to award a contract.
