The Somali Regional State Mass Media Agency invites all eligible contractors for Procurement of Camera and Accessories.
1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia and open to all eligible bidders.
2. Bidder should submission their up to date VAT registration certificate, renewed trade license for 2018 E.C, Tax payer's registration certificate and Supplier list registration certificate from concerning Authority.
3. A Complete set of document will be purchased at Somali Regional State, Mass Media Agency, Finance Director, Office No: 8, during working hours, against payment of a nonrefundable birr 500 (five hundred), starting from the day published on The Ethiopian herald.
4. Bids should be submitted along with a bid bond of 1% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
5. Bidders should place their technical and financial in separate wax-sealed envelope with two copies duly marked as "Original" and "Copy" and to be enclosed with one outer envelope to the above address at on or before March 30-2026 at 10:00 am local time (morning).
6. The Bid should be closed on April -03 -2026 at 11:00 pm local time (afternoon) and will be opened on April-06-2026 at 10:00 am local time (morning) at Somali Regional State, Mass Media Agency, Finance Director, Office No: 8, the during working hours.
7. The Somali Regional State, Mass Media Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bid. Bidders are initiated to fill, sign and seal all the forms of the bid documents and failure to do so will result automatic rejection from the tender. Bid must be included value added tax (VAT) on the summary of the bid price
