TENDER NOTICE
FOR CAR PARKING CONTROL SYSTEM INSTALLATION
Afia Shopping Center Plc. invites competitively qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the installation of an Entry/Exit Car Parking Control System. This initiative aims to enhance parking management, optimize revenue generation, and improve customer service.
Interested firms may:
1. Obtain the bid document from the Shopping Center Administration Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr).
2. Submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL proposals in separate sealed envelopes, together with a bid security of 5% of the bid price (in the form of a Certified Payment Order - CPO), by 14 April 2026 at 4:00 PM.
3. Note that bids will be opened on 15 April 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives.
4. Afia Shopping Center Plc. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in full or in part.
