BID INVITATION FOR INTERIOR
CONSTRUCTION WORK
1. Hibret Insurance S.C. Invites interested special contractors (finishing work contractors or interior construction contractor) or contractors with higher qualifications to undertake interior construction work for Hibret Insurance SC Head office building.
2. A complete bidding document can be obtained from Company's Headquarter located at Tewodros Square. Hibret Insurance Building 1st Floor, Cashler's Office, upon deposit of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred) during office hours starting from 8th January, 2026.
3. All bids must be accompanied by bid security Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand birr) in the form of CPO, Bank Guarantee, and unconditional Insurance bond in the name of Hibret Insurance S.C.
4. Bidders shall submit copy of their renewed Trade License, Tax identification number, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate. Professional Renewed License and other necessary documents.
5. Bidders shall be required to submit bid documents separately in two envelopes containing the Technical and Financial original and copy proposals separately on or before 22th January, 2026 at 2:00 PM at company head office building 9th floor HC & Administration Office.
6. Late bids will be rejected. Electronic bid will not be permitted.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend in person at Hibret Insurance SC head office building 11th floor meeting room at 3:00 PM, on the 22th January, 2026.
8. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (1) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.
9. Hibret Insurance SC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason what so ever.
