IFB Title: Procurement of Machines Spare Parts

Procurement Reference Number: BTSC/NCB/G/04/2018

1. Buluko Textile S.C has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement of Machines Spare Parts, and it is intended that, part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. Buluko Textile S.C. invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of: -

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Company Procurement Directives and are open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposal price and delivery time should be unconditional.
4. A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the, Buluko Textile S.C. Office Building 3rd floor, Finance Department, Alemgena upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Br.1000 /One Thousand Birr/ from 8:30 A.M., to 5:00 P.M. local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
5. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount stated in the bidding document from recognized banks.
6. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in, signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Department, 3rd floor office on or before 11:00A.M. in the morning on October 21, 2025 at the company's meeting hall located at 3rd floor.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony on October 21, 2025 at 11:10 A.M. in the morning at the company's meeting hall located at 3rd floor.
8. Late Bids, bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
9. n case any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in Closure of Office on the date of opening the Tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
10. The BULUKO TEXTILE SHARE COMPANY reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
