- Bidders shall submit renewed trade license for the year 2017 EC. TIN NO. VAT registration Business registration license and Tax clearance certificate and renewed competence certificate issued by authorized government body.
- Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by against non-refundable payment amount ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) from ERCS-Dire Dawa Branch Office.
- All fenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in CPO only from amounting 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
- FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as ORIGINAL and COPY, the four envelopes including the CPO shall then be Stamped, wax sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Dire Dawo Branch, shall be. submitted at ERCS-DDBO
- Bidders are, kindly requested to submit their price quotation along with technical document based on detailed requirements on our Bill of quantity on or before July 24, 2025 at 3:30 pm.
- Bid will be closed on July 24, 2025 at 3:30 pm and will be opened on the same date at 4:00pm at ERCS-DDBO at Kezira in front of Dire Microfinance in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
- Failure to comply with the conditions from No.1 to above may result in an automatic rejection
- The Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Dire Dawa Branch office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
