Abay Printing and Paper Packaging PLC invites interested and potential bidders for procurement of the following different printing raw materials, electronics materials & Printing Machinery

Lot 1: - Different types of Paper (80gsm Wood free reel paper size 72cm, 60gsm Wood free reel paper size 72cm, 45 gsm reel size 84cm and 45 gsm newspaper size 84cm).

Lot 2: - Hybrid ups (uninterruptible power supply) battery system Quantity.

Lot 3: - Different Printing Machineries

1. National bidders should have full fill & submit copies of Renewed Trade License, TIN and VAT Registration Certificate with Letter of Support /Tax clearance/ and Registration Certificate & Foreign bidders should have three consecutive years' experience of the same duty, registration certificate from their country and Trade license for verification while coming to submit bid documents.
2. This Bid will be conducted through International Competitive bidding process and is open to all bidders from eligible source of countries.
3. Bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document up on deposit non-refundable fee Birr 500.00 to the purchaser's Bank Account No 1000281546078 Commercial Bank of Ethiopia starting publication day of this announcement on The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper. Bidding document will be available at Abay Printing and Paper Packaging PLC, Office Bahir Dar Town from Monday to Saturday 8:00 A.M to 12:00 A.M and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM or send scanned bid document will be sent to WhatsApp number 09-42-05-09-54 after first send the bank advice used for purchasing the bid document.
4. Bids must be accompanied (secured) by a Bid Bond 0.5% of total amount of bid price including tax subject to maximum of 500,000.00 ETB. Currency of the bid bond is in the form of CPO, Unconditional Bank Guarantee or issued by a Foreign Bank & counter guaranteed by any Bank in Ethiopia.
5. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope. Technical bid for raw materials must be provided with samples.
6. Bidder's proposal (document) should be received until May 20/2025 before or at 2:00 PM only, and bid shall be closed on May. 20/2025 at 2:00 P.M, technical Proposal will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at Bahir Dar Town at Factory procurement & Logistics Office. Opening day of financial proposal will announced for successful bidders by internal letter.
7. The Factory reserves the right to accept or reject partially or all bids.
